Our nominated day deliveries have an 99.5% success rate of reaching you on your chosen delivery date, however sometimes, there are a few things out of our control which can delay your order.

If you Box includes any Bedding and is delivered directly to your University Accommodation and you experience a delay, we will guarantee you a £20 payment towards rectifying the issue! Please double check and ensure that your delivery details are correct if your delivery has been delayed or missed. Furthermore, if your delivery address is to your University Accommodation, please contact them prior to delivery and ask if they have introduced any new guidelines around arrivals day during the current pandemic. You can then send us an email and we will update your order accordingly.
