Delivery & Returns
We want to make sure you can enjoy our boxes as soon as possible, so we’re partnered with DPD to offer FREE Next-Day Express Delivery (weekdays) on all orders. This gives you the easy option for redelivery, changing delivery date or delivering to a neighbour.
The cut-off time for dispatching on the same day is 11am. Any orders after 11am will be dispatched the following weekday.
- Next Day Delivery will be delivered between 08:30 and 20:00
Saturday & Sunday delivery:
We also offer Saturday and Sunday deliveries for an additional charge of £7.50 at checkout.
- Saturday Delivery will be delivered between 08:30 and 18:00
- Sunday Delivery will be delivered between 08:30 and 18:00
Orders placed on a weekend:
Orders that have been placed during the weekend (Friday after 11am, Saturday and Sunday) are going to be dispatched on Monday and are due to arrive on Tuesday.
Nominated Delivery day:
We offer a delivery on a nominated day of your choice without any extra costs.
Example: You are moving to a new address in X days/weeks and you want to make sure that all your items arrive on the very same day of you moving in/or the day afterwards.

Step 4: Just wait and we will deliver your parcel on that specific day!
We are aiming to dispatch custom orders on the same day they come in to offer a Next Day delivery across the UK. However, this is not always possible as custom orders need to be assembled on the day they come in instead of using prepared stock. On days with a particularly high volume of sales, it might happen that custom orders get dispatched the following day.

Change of Address:You can change your delivery address at any time (48 hours before the shipment) in case you don't know your address at Uni yet - no extra charge.
We are unable to deliver to the following areas:
Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles.
Do you Deliver overseas?
At the moment we can’t offer delivery overseas. However, we’re always working on improving our services and currently evaluating solutions. Do get in touch though and we’ll see if we can work something out!

We want to make sure you’re totally happy with your purchase, so we offer a 30-day free returns window.
Step 1: Call us or write an email to email@example.com
Step 2: We send you the returns label
Step 3: Pack everything into a box large enough for the pack
Step 4: Make sure it’s packed extra safe so it can’t be damaged on the way back to the warehouse (we suggest holding onto the packaging until you’re sure you want to keep it).
Please note that we can only refund unused items or items that were faulty at the time of delivery. Because of the complexity of the returns process it isn’t possible to return partial orders at this time.
There’s no hidden extra costs for returning your goods within this time window - we promise!
- Your refund will be processed on the original payment method used to place the order, within 3 days of us receiving your returned items.
- If you used a debit card, you should see the money in your bank account within 3 working days. This can take a little longer for credit cards, and you should see your money return within 7 working days.
- Paypal can take up to 2 working days
- If payment was made using our financing option, the money will typically be refunded within three working days. However, it may take a little longer.
