Shipping policy
Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the UK. You'll choose your delivery option at checkout, and the price shown there is the price you pay. Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout too.
UK mainland
- Standard delivery (3 to 5 working days): free on orders of £50 or more, and £2.50 on orders under £50.
- DPD Next Day: £2.49 on orders of £50 or more, and £4.99 on orders under £50. Order by 1pm, Monday to Friday for delivery on the next working day.
The £50 threshold is based on your order total after any discounts, before delivery is added.
Orders placed after 1pm, or at the weekend, are treated as placed on the next working day. We don't currently offer weekend delivery.
With DPD you can change the delivery time, book a redelivery or choose to leave your parcel with a neighbour.
Northern Ireland
- Delivery (1 to 2 working days): £8 on orders of £50 or more, and £13 on orders under £50.
Next day and weekend services aren't available to Northern Ireland.
Scottish Highlands and UK Isles
The standard delivery rates above apply. Delivery to some Highlands and Island postcodes can take longer than the estimate shown at checkout, and next day delivery can't be guaranteed. If you'd like to check before you order, email us at hello@noahsbox.com.
Your order
If you order more than one item, your parcels may be sent separately and may arrive on different days. Delivery is to the front door of the address you give us. You can find the full delivery terms in our Terms and Conditions.
Parcel late or missing?
If your parcel hasn't arrived when expected, email us at hello@noahsbox.com with your order number and we'll sort it out. You can also find out how to track your parcel in our help centre.
Returns
You can return an unopened kit within 30 days of delivery. See our returns and refunds policy for how it works.
