Returns and refunds

We want you to love your kit. If something isn't right, here's how we'll sort it.

Changed your mind?

You can return any kit within 30 days of delivery, as long as the kit is complete and the inner packs are unopened. You''re welcome to open the outer box to take a look.

  1. Email us at hello@noahsbox.com with your order number and the kit(s) you'd like to return. Please get in touch before sending anything back, as we can't accept returns we haven't been told about.
  2. We'll confirm your return and send you our returns address.
  3. Send the kit back to us. Return postage is paid by you, and we recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns that don't reach us.

Once your kit arrives and we've checked it's unopened, we'll refund the price you paid for it to your original payment method within 14 days. If you return your kit within 14 days of delivery, we'll also refund the standard delivery charge you paid on that order. Please allow up to 7 days for your bank to show the refund.

If your order used a multi-kit discount, we'll refund the amount you actually paid for the kit you return.

We can't accept returns of used kits, kits with opened components, or individual items taken out of a kit, unless they're damaged or faulty (see below).

Damaged, faulty or missing items

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or missing, we'll put it right at no cost to you.

  1. Email us at hello@noahsbox.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.
  2. We'll send you a replacement item or kit, or a full refund if you'd prefer.

There's no need to send damaged items back unless we ask you to. Reporting within 7 days helps us resolve things quickly, but it doesn't affect your legal rights if a fault appears later.

Gifts

If you received a kit as a gift, you can return it unopened within 30 days of delivery in the same way. The refund will go to the original payment method used by the person who bought it.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights, including your right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods are faulty or not as described. Nothing in this policy affects those rights. See our Terms and Conditions for more detail.
