Can you help me arrange a delivery location & time?

We are here to make your move to University as easy as possible, if you need us to help with any aspect of your move or package delivery please email or call us, we can contact Universities or accommodation halls for you and explore all of the options available to you.

What are your delivery options?

The cut-off time for dispatching on the same day is 11am. Any orders after 11am will be dispatched the following day.

  • Next Day Delivery will be delivered between 08:30 and 20:00
  • Saturday Delivery will be delivered between 08:30 and 18:00

How Can I track my parcel?

As soon as your order is dispatched we'll email you the tracking details that you can use to track your parcel online with DPD. 

Can I get it delivered to a University Office/ front desk?

Yes, often Universities have some information on their Website. If you are unsure about how to do this please email us ( and we can contact the University for you. 

What if my delivery is late?

As we have opted for the most premium delivery service and our packages are delivered via recorded delivery by DPD, 99.5% of our packages get delivered on time.

What if something is broken or missing?

Please contact us as soon as possible and we will replace any missing or broken items the next working day.

Where can I get my Box delivered?

You can get your package delivered anywhere you need across the UK, including your home, University halls/house or University front desk. If you are unsure about where to get the Box delivered please email us so we can help.

Is your website safe and secure?

Yes, we use Paypal and Shopify Payments as our payment Gateways, meaning that you can pay using your credit card, debit card or Paypal account with confidence - and 100% secure! You can also see details of our SSL certificate at the top of the homepage.

Note:  We do not directly receive nor store any credit details as those get processed directly through our payment gateway.

What if I do not know my uni address yet?

That’s totally fine! Simply leave us a note on the cart page (Special instruction box) and email us when you find out your new address, Universities typically tell you the new address two/three weeks before you start. We only need 48 Hours’ notice (before your selected delivery date) to change or add a parcels delivery address. Email us at

The best way to contact us is by email. We are happy to answer any questions or resolve any problems and we normally answer any emails within just a few hours.


What if I change my mind about the choice of University / College?

If you are still going to a University in the UK, we can arrange for your Noah's Box to be delivered to you, at no extra charge as long as the pack has not yet been dispatched. If you no longer require the pack, then we can cancel your order (if it has not left our warehouse).

I have pre-purchased a Student Box - how and when will it be delivered?

Normally your University campus or accommodation block/halls will have a post-collection area which will be very close to your accommodation. So as long as you provide the address of your accommodation, your pack will reach you on time. Many other students in your halls will also have their Student Boxes delivered to the same postage area as you. Alternatively, you can have the box delivered to your home before you go to University; both options are delivered by our trusted couriers on the day that you specify.
